Samyang 1963 Uji Ramen is back after 35 years. Discontinued in 1989 as Uji Padong, Samyang Ramyun has been reborn as a premium broth ramen after an unfortunate controversy. Samyang 1963 is characterized by deep-frying the noodles in Uji and adding beef, beef bone, and chicken flavors to the beef bone broth to create a deep, rich broth.
