If you're struggling to pay your heating bills this winter, check out the Love ON heating bill subsidy. Individual households can receive up to 500,000 won and social welfare facilities and social enterprises can receive up to 1 million won. The application period is from October 27 to November 23, 2025, with the announcement of the winners on December 11 and the payment on December 23. Eligible applicants include basic living recipients, second-class citizens, and low-income families with median incomes between 50 and 120 percent of the poverty line, and can apply by registering online and submitting an application form and required documents (certified copies, photos of heating conditions, etc.). Please note that previous year's recipients are excluded, so be sure to enter accurate information to avoid delays.
